Good for Girls

Thank you for registering for our Good for Girls Programme 

This programme is free of charge and delivers a range of activities for girls aged 10-14 from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds over the school holidays. 

Please ensure your child has a packed lunch and wears clothing appropriate for sport.

The programme will include:

• Sports activities
• Arts and Craft
• Talking Circles - conversations on mental health and wellbeing
• Fun trips out
• Opportunity to design and deliver a social action project
• Opportunity to attend a fun residential 

These sessions will promote positive physical and mental health and challenge the stigma. We will discuss emotional wellbeing and issues children care about. The project is also designed to develop leadership skills among the girls, to help promote wellbeing in their communities through a social action project.

We will be delivering a minimum of 24 activities and 12 talking circles that will be running from 14 Feb 2022 until 19 Aug 2022.
