COVID-19 UPDATE

The health, safety and well-being of our participants, parents and staff is our number one priority.

Our experienced team of vibrant coaches will ensure that each day is packed with lots of exciting activities, whilst making sure the most up to date government health and safety guidance are being followed.

Below is a list of ways we will be keeping everyone at HR Sports Academy Holiday Camps:

Reduced holiday camp capacity
We have reduced our capacity to ensure social distancing applies during our camp. Coaches will implement these social distancing requirements.

Camp Adjustments
Some activities and practices may be suspended for this summer in order to follow social distance guidance. Only one group per activity area will be allowed at any one time, and we will be suspending our Friday afternoon trophy presentation where parents and siblings are invited.
Our camp will be based outside unless the weather is poor.
Gloves and face masks
Protective gloves and face masks will be available to coaches if required. Coaches will wear gloves and masks when administering first aid.

Hand washing and sanitising
HR Sports Academy will encourage each child and member of staff to wash their hands thoroughly between each activity. Soap will be readily available in toilets with hand dryers. Hand sanitiser will be accessible at each sign-in desk for every child to use when they enter and leave. Hand sanitiser stations will be accessible during camp. Coaches will be issued with personal hand sanitiser. We encourage all participants to bring their own hand sanitiser.
Ensure that no one on site is displaying any symptoms
Anyone displaying Coronavirus symptoms will be excluded from Holiday Camp until they have met the self-isolation and/or testing requirements. Should anyone show symptoms whilst on site at HR Sports Academy Holiday Camp, we have strict isolation protocols in place which will be implemented.
Contactless registrations/payments
A contact free sign in and sign out process will be completed by our coaches with hand sanitiser provided at all times. Please note: it is crucial all participants register online prior to the child starting their first day at camp. No paper forms are to be completed on-site

As we move closer to opening this camp, we will continue to work closely with all partners to ensure that the facilities and sessions delivered meet all requirements of the Department for Education and Public Health England. Some of our plans may change as this guidance evolves, ensuring that we are doing all we can to keep everyone safe whilst offering an outstanding service to all parents and children.
Should we be unable to deliver a session due to government guidance, relevant bookings will be refunded in full.

PLEASE NOTE
All children collected late will be charged £10 per child for every 15 minutes they are collected after their allocated time.
Continuous late collection will result in your child being barred from HR Sports Academy Holiday Camps.
