These Basketball sessions focus primarily on improving fitness and the development of basketball skills in a fun and friendly environment.
A typical session begins with a fun, energetic warm-up, followed by skill-based
drills tailored to each individual’s levels, to provide guidance on areas for
improvement. The session will finish with a game of basketball and fun drill
Throughout the course of the programme we will organised tournaments,
park days, friendly matches, social days out (GoApe, 5k runs, rock climbing etc)
plus much more.
