What is the Level Up Project?
HR Sports Academy’s Level Up Project is powerful and bespoke opportunity tailored to unlock potential and develop a range of valuable employability and entrepreneurial skills. We will select 8 young people every three months to work together to create and deliver a project which will help solve a community need. Groups will have access to a budget and £500 worth of training and support to enhance their careers and raise aspirations.
What can you expect?
24 young people aged between 16 and 23 will be given the opportunity to work alongside our sports development team to create their own community projects. They will learn valuable employment and entrepreneurial skills which will help to positively shape their future positively, as well as address a number of social issues identified in the community. Each young person will be enrolled on the project for a minimum of 25 hours which will involve sports development and the delivery of their sport project, with the aim of making the project sustainable and a form of paid employment. They will gain an accredited leadership certificate, valuable work experience, mentorship and access to range of training courses.

What are the entry requirements?

You must be a young person aged between 16 and 23

You must live or go to school/college within Tottenham
-
You must be able to commit to a minimum of 25 hours over three months
